BattleFrog Fiesta Bowl Information Posted: 30 Dec 2015 03:59 PM PST The BattleFrog Fiesta Bowl has a well-earned reputation of being unforgettable, and this year's matchup will be no exception. The No. 8 Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the No. 7 Ohio State Buckeyes will make history in the 45th Annual BattleFrog Fiesta Bowl at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on Friday, January 1, 2016. The game will kick off at 11:00 a.m. MT (1 p.m. ET). The Notre Dame bench will be on the West sideline Game Day Information Parking lots open at 7:00 a.m. MT Stadium gates open at 9:30 a.m. MT Kick off at 11:00 a.m. MT Parking Information The Fiesta Bowl strongly encourages fans to purchase parking passes in advance to ease the traffic and parking experience. To purchase please contact the Fiesta Bowl Ticket Office at 480-350-0911. Please be Advised Plan ahead before you enter the stadium, there is a no re-entry policy in effect. While the University of Phoenix Stadium has a roof, it does not have heat. A decision to open or close the roof will be announced two days before kickoff. Inside and outside temperatures will be cool and guests are encouraged to dress appropriately. Small/foldable umbrellas will be allowed into the stadium, large golf-type umbrellas will not. ZooLights Fiesta Bowl Bands Performance The Notre Dame Band and Ohio State Band will perform at the Phoenix Zoo on Wednesday, December 30! Both bands will play for 30 minutes, followed by a “drum-off” between the two bands’ drumlines. Notre Dame Service Project Fiesta Bowl Posted: 30 Dec 2015 08:36 AM PST Notre Dame Service Project The Alumni Association, in collaboration with the Notre Dame Club of Phoenix, is hosting a service project to support Andre House of Arizona and St. Vincent de Paul from 9:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. A mission-centered ministry of the Congregation of Holy Cross, Andre House is a hands-on ministry to people who are low-income and homeless, serving over 200,000 on-site meals per year. Volunteers will assist guests of Andre House and St. Vincent de Paul with laundry, clothing donation, meal prep and service, deep cleaning, and other tasks as needed. All volunteers need to wear closed toed shoes. Children 13 years and older are welcome. Bus transportation will be provided from the Kierland Westin Hotel and Biltmore Hotel. 1. Pick up at Kierland Westin at the Spa Circle just to the right of the main entrance. Pickup: 8:00 a.m. and return: 2 p.m. 2. Pick Up at Biltmore at the Conference Center drive entrance, directly to the left of the lobby entrance.
