| Posted: 07 Oct 2015 07:07 PM PDT Game Day Safety InitiativeGame Day Operations is committed to continually enhancing safety and security for all fans attending Notre Dame football games, especially for our youngest Fighting Irish fans! During the 2015 season, Game Day introduced Safe in the Seat, a program devised to speed the process of reuniting children (and others who may be vulnerable if separated from the people they are with) and guardians who become separated while attending football games by providing wristbands that can be customized with the child's name, the guardian's contact information, and the child's seat location. Upon entrance to the stadium, parents/guardians can obtain a Safe in the Seat wristband from one of five Guest Services booths located on the lower concourse at gates A, B, C, D, and E. Prior to games, wristbands can be obtained from NDSP officers patrolling the tailgating lots. Guardians will be asked to complete the fields on the wristbands. In the event the child and guardian become separated, ushers and officers will use the information provided on the wristbands to reunite the child and guardian so they can continue to enjoy their game day.
