| Posted: 25 Jan 2016 11:09 AM PST Practice for Reese’s Senior Bowl begins Tuesday, Jan. 26th in Mobile, Alabama for Notre Dame football players; center Nick Martin and defensive lineman Sheldon Day. They will wear their respective Irish uniform numbers, Martin with 72 and Day with 91. All practices are free and open to the public, fans are encouraged to enter from the East Stands of Ladd-Peebles Stadium. The annual all-star showcase game is on Saturday, Jan. 30 at 2:30 p.m. ET on the NFL Network, live from Ladd-Peebles Stadium. Congratulations to Nick and Sheldon as they represent Notre Dame and Team 127 in the 67th Reese’s Senior Bowl, joining former Irish football players who have participated in the Senior Bowl in each of the last 11 years. Be sure to check out the events in Mobile this week leading up to the game and for additional Reese’s Senior Bowl details, including opportunities to meet the players on Friday, Jan.29th.  |
| Posted: 25 Jan 2016 10:49 AM PST The 2016 East-West Shrine Game took place on Saturday, Jan.23rd at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. The East team fell to the West team 29-9, while the Irish featured three Notre Dame football players from Team 127 for the East team in the Shrine Game: wide receiver Chris Brown, defensive lineman Romeo Okwara, and safety Elijah Shumate.  |
